    Feeling Overwhelmed? Do This.

    I wrote this article when I was feeling super overwhelmed and on the verge of a breakdown/outburst, so this has come from the heart. (I also edited and posted it when I was as calm as I’m capable of being so this is also coming from the head.) Hey there, I'm Aparna, and welcome to my blog. 
I’m an introvert of the female kind, an INTJ, an HSP, and a happy mother to two young boys. 
I’m also a former journalist, a forever writer, and a wannabe documentary maker. 
Of late, I'm an immigrant as well. (Indian in Australia, anyone?)
