Feeling Overwhelmed? Do This.
I wrote this article when I was feeling super overwhelmed and on the verge of a breakdown/outburst, so this has come from the heart. Curing depression is about taking back our power. Taking it back from the thoughts and beliefs that have come to create and perpetuate our negative mindset.
